Harvey’s Growing Family
🐾 Hi Friends—Harvey here!
I have some BIG news.
Mom and Dad sat down with me the other day.
“Harvey,” Mom said, “we’re going to have a new puppy in our family.”
A new puppy?!
My tail started wagging right away. But then I felt something else too.
What if they like the new puppy more than me?
“What about me?” I asked quietly.
Mom hugged me. “You will always be our Harvey. Our love only grows bigger.”
I thought about that.
Maybe having a brother or sister could be fun.
I could teach them things. We could play together.
My tail started wagging again.
“I think I’m ready,” I said.
And I knew—love just keeps growing.
